Cookies are small text files a website can place in your browser to remember something between page visits. Local storage and session storage work in a similar way: they let a site save a small piece of information on your device instead of sending it back and forth with every request.

None of these technologies are dangerous on their own — what matters is what they store and who can read it. This page tells you exactly that for marbellaluxurycarrental.es.

Marbella Luxury Car Rental does not set any cookies of its own on this website. We have not installed analytics software, advertising pixels or social-media tracking of any kind. We don't build advertising profiles, and nobody is retargeting you with ads for a Vantage Spider after you close this tab.

What the site does use is two small browser storage entries, listed in the table above, and two requests to third-party services needed to make the pages work properly.

The first entry simply remembers that you've seen and closed our cookie notice, so you're not asked again on every page. The second remembers which car you were looking at — say, the DBX 707 or an SQ7 for a Benahavís airport swap — so that if you open the enquiry form, it's already filled in with that model.

Neither entry contains your name, email, phone number or any other contact detail. The car-selection entry disappears the moment you close the tab or send the form; the cookie-notice entry stays until you clear it yourself in your browser settings.

To display the site correctly, your browser makes two requests to services we don't control:

• Google Fonts, to load the typefaces used throughout the site. Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
• The jsDelivr content delivery network, to load the intl-tel-input library that formats the phone number field on our enquiry forms. jsDelivr receives your IP address as part of that request.

Neither Google nor jsDelivr sets a cookie for us, and we don't share any booking details with them. These are standard infrastructure requests, not tracking.

When you tap a WhatsApp button on our site — handy if you're already planning that Golden Mile evening run — nothing is set on your device by WhatsApp. The button only opens the WhatsApp app or web chat after you click it. We do log the click itself in our own booking system (page URL, referrer, language and the pre-filled message text) so our team can follow up quickly.

Once the conversation moves into WhatsApp, it runs on Meta's platform under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which we don't control.

You can clear or block local storage and session storage at any time through your browser settings — usually under privacy or site data settings, where you can view and delete stored data for marbellaluxurycarrental.es specifically. Blocking storage won't stop you from browsing the site or booking a car; at most it means the cookie notice reappears or a pre-filled form field is empty.
